Tai Chi for Health and Wellbeing

The Tai Chi groups are still very active and working towards supporting individual wellbeing and building strong networks.  The credit for the success of these groups is due to the commitment and skills of volunteers and we are currently working through the waiting list.

The Tai Chi for Health Initiative is very popular and we just seem to get through the waiting list before we have another one to work through.  This has identified the need to build on our assets and resources so we have formed a Tai Chi Working Group whose role will be to begin to explore sustainability and training and learning opportunities.
